Virginia Safety Concepts

Virginia Safety Concepts was born of the knowledge of a lack of personal safety and self-defense classes in the Northern Virginia area. Our owners and instructors have extensive backgrounds in firearms instruction, personal security, self-defense, home security, emergency medicine, and many other aspects of public safety. It is our objective to provide you with the situational awareness to stay ahead of predators who are attracted to the weaker mindset.

Through our class offerings, we aim to bolster your comfort level with firearms, threat detection, and personal safety plans. Class topics will vary throughout the year and will vary widely including basic firearms fundamentals in a classroom setting to advanced firearms training in the field.  VSC offers live-fire training including handgun, shotgun, and carbine-specific classes. We also plan to offer several ladies-only live fire and classroom sessions throughout the year.
